August 2009, Logan is 10 months. It had finally got hot and at the last minute my mom got us a place at the shore for the week. Sweet. Except that taking babies to the beach is exhausting, but hey, at least we got a tan and ate ice cream every day.
Here's Ava and Gabby. Sadly, my camera got wet and sandy and so we don't have that many photos of the kids playing together. They were so cute.
Logan finally began crawling and we spent a lot of time holding his hands while he walked around at the water's edge. He loved the ocean this time.
When we got back from the shore we went and had his first formal photos taken. I was feeling the pressure because everyone was like "why haven't you taken him to get his picture yet???". Anyways, $30 later we got this:
In September we got to take a road trip to Penn State. Rob watched some football and I was able to hang out with Megan and Jess. Of course we forgot our camera so we only had one shot with our phone. Poor Logan was sick and sleep deprived when we tried to get his first ever shot with the lion. He's like "I touched the stinkin' lion - can we go home now?"
Time to go shovel some snow, more to come later!
